Tribal partners

The corridor crosses traditional homelands of many tribal nations. The four Columbia River treaty tribes — coordinated through the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission — are essential partners in stewardship of the corridor's fisheries:

  • Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation
  • Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon
  • Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation
  • Nez Perce Tribe
